Returns Window
We offer a 28-day returns window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of Items
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition. Footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface and returned in the original, undamaged shoe box, as this is considered part of the product.
Exchanges
Subject to availability, we can exchange items for a different size or colour. If your preferred item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Delivery & Shipping Times
Standard Delivery
Our standard UK delivery service ensures your items arrive within 3-5 working days. This service is complimentary for all movement members and orders over £150.
Express Delivery
For time-sensitive requirements, our express service guarantees delivery within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri are prioritised for immediate dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
Available for UK mainland orders placed before 12pm GMT, Monday to Thursday. Your collection will be hand-packed and delivered the following working day.
International Shipping
Which countries do you deliver to?
Movement Men currently provides premium tracked delivery to over 50 countries, including the USA, Canada, the European Union, and the Asia-Pacific regions.
What are the transit times for international orders?
Standard international delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. For urgent requirements, our express global service delivers within 2–4 business days.
How are duties and taxes handled?
We calculate duties and taxes at checkout for most major destinations, ensuring a seamless delivery experience with no additional fees requested upon arrival.
Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of our team receiving your return. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the credit has been issued to your original payment method.
Refund Tiers
We offer full refunds on all full-price items. For sale items, refunds are issued as store credit only. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Issues with Your Order?
If your Movement Men order arrives in less than perfect condition, or if you have received the incorrect items, please contact our concierge team immediately. To expedite your claim, please provide the following via our claims portal:
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging.
- A photograph of the delivery note included with your shipment.
- Your unique Order Reference number.
- A brief description of the issue or discrepancy.
All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
